Apply for residence in one of our homes by coming by our office to apply in person. Please be advised your application will not be processed until we receive two
forms of I.D. (a picture I.D. and Social Security card) and the application fee of $40.00
This is non-refundable regardless of approval status.
The following conditions apply to all equally, regardless of race, creed, color, national origin, sex, marital status, child status, and disabilities.
They include, but are not limited to:
1. Applicants must be a minimum of 18 years of age.
2. Applications must be fully completed. Applications obtaining untrue, incorrect, or misleading information will be automatically denied.
3. Verifiable source of stable income for 6 previous months.
4. Positive verifiable rental history.
5. Positive credit history (a credit score of 600 or above is preferred).
6. No evictions in 3 previous years.
7. No rent or damages owing to prior landlords, including unpaid judgments.
8. No felony convictions of any type and no misdemeanor charges related to domestic violence, hate crimes, sexual offenses, drug use (possession, delivery or manufacturing), or gang related activity.
9. Ability to pay all deposits plus first full month’s rent or prorated rent prior to move in date.
10. Occupancy must not exceed two people per bedroom plus one.
